Founded in 2010 by Steven Steals and the company he keeps, from Elmhurst Queens, NY. Steven Steals & Company is a producer of top shelf street apparel. Operated in part by the United Shoplifters Association (USA), our clothing is crafted with the same attention to detail that a good thief pays to a job.
